Beaches of Poros

Though the guide books say the beaches of Poros are not spectacular, I think that any beach that offers clean blue sea and shade trees, does not have to be spectacular. I'll take comfortable over spectacular anytime. Here are some photos of the beaches of Poros and Galata. If you want to stay on the beach then find a hotel in Neorion or Askeli. But you can also stay in town and take a bus, taxi, water taxi, motorbike or bicycle to the beach. Poros is basically flat, at least the parts that you will want to go to, and very easy for riding a bike.
